Refund Policy
We have Money Back Guarantee Policy if we are unable to deliver products or services as committed to you.
You can write to us your grievance and refund request at info@magiceyeconsultants.com. Upon receiving your mail our concerned department will look into the matter and resolve the issue or make refund within 7-10 working days.
Note:
- Refund will be made without asking any questions if client doesn’t want to take our services if we have not started process till the request made for refund, if we started process then applicable processing charges will be deducted
- We promise full refund excluding taxes paid to Government ,if we fail to deliver as per our commitment, such as not providing certification after training program.
- No refund shall be issued if we processed the registration/application as per the government guidelines and registration is rejected or pending on part of a government department or officials.
- We shall deduct the administrative/processing charges if we are unable to process the application due to non-submission of required documents as per government guideline or any kind of non-cooperation from the applicant or any other circumstances which restricting us to process the application.
- If any government fee, duty, challan, or any other sum paid in the course of processing your registration application. We are not liable to refund such government fees paid in the course of delivering the service.
- No refund shall be possible at any stage if the same service is partially processed or delivered.
- Under any circumstances, the amount of refund cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer.
